Phase 1- Consultation Stage – 2- 3 Hours
· Client meet with GP representative in person or wwwgotomeeting.com and share vision
· Client establish a concept idea by comparison with "other" live site (s), template or handwritten sketch
· Client solidify if they want an exact or something like the comparison (be specific about features, consider time & cost for exact mirroring)
· Client receive an estimated quote depending on features and number of pages
· Client go over major points of "Standard Website Contract" with GP representative
· Client submit deposit (half cost of estimate with credit card, check or cash)
· Client submit all materials (images, text, videos,motto, links, etc) necessary to begin project vial mail, personally, ftp upload, email
Phase 2 – Initial Building Stage – 5-15 Business Days
· GP start building initial website design according to agreed upon concept
· GP finish within 5-10 business days (customized webistes can take longer)
· GP recieve closing payment after initial design concept completed
Phase 3 –Cosmetic Modifcations Stage - 15 Business Days
· Client make minor cosmetic changes: text, images, video, style, colors, etc (Some sites are limited by default, modifications may incur additional cost. Changes have to be within the capabilities and structure of the initial design )
· Optional: Client receive training for self maintenance plan (Website\E-commerce)
Phase 4 – Monthly Relationship Stage (5 Options)
1. Cost Saver Plan - $5.00 per month
2. Active Support Plan - $10.00 per month
3. Self Maintained - $ 20.00 for 1 site, $30.00 for unlimited sites (hosting included)
4. Global Presence retainer - $30.00 per hour , 2 hour monthly minimum (hosting included)
5. As Needed Maintenance - $1.00 per minute, 10 minute minimum per project
*Before each project client will be given an "estimated work time" via email for their approval.
*Hosting fees are "not" included in this plan. Client should choose a hosting plan.
Phase 5 – Steady Promotional Stage (Various Options)
